PSA- A public service announcement is a small commercial that gives a very strong message. This can be shown by adding pictures or very strong words. These messages are usually short, but they make the audience think and try to help.

My PSA talks about how to save the world from and terrible fortune. Please watch it and try to help the world.

Book Report Poster reflection

Harry Potter and the Chamber of Secrets by J.K.Rowling is a great book that I chose to make my book review on. This book talks about the adventures of Harry Potter with a place called the Chamber of Secrets. This book is really interesting to many people! This book is really good for older kids because its really confusing to little kids. I really recommend this book because I read it and I think its really good. My poster includes the plot, the author, my favorite part, the main Characters, the Climax, genre, the theme, setting, conflicts and awards the book won.

Summary chapters (1-3)

In this story, a boy named Tigre goes out to the bush with his dad hunt. He lives in a house with his mother, sister, father and grandmother. He is a normal Maya boy. One day, his dad gets hurt and he can't go hunting. So Tigre will have to hunt and bring food to his family by himself.

Summary chapters (4-6)

Dionisio has to go to the medicine man to heal his dad. His dads wound doesn’t heal and they are only wasting chickens to give to the medicine man. Dionisio has to cut down all the trees by himself. He finally finishes his job so he returns to doing his school work. In February, he gets a baby brother who is named “Chan Tata.” The last problem is that the four chickens died. They blame it on a Vampire bat but the door is closed and there are no holes. So Dionisio goes to the coop and finds a vampire bat.

Summary chapters (7-9)

It was time to burn the Milpa. They asked Uncle Pedro to help to burn the Milpa but he didn’t come. So, Dionisio burned the Milpa by himself and come back. The next day it rained and the village was gathered for the fiesta at the bulls ring. Dionisio decided to make himself a rope to lead the bulls at the ring.

Summary chapters (10-12)

In these 3 chapters Chan Tata gets presents from the ceremony. The people pray for the Chacs to bring water. It’s a drought. Dionisio has to plant the corn so it will grow and he finally plants it. In conclusion, he gets a gun as a present from his grandpa.

Summary chapters (13-15)

The drought continued too long, the medicine man came and made an altar to the Chacs. Tigre was chosen to be one of the four frogs. After the ceremony he came home. The next day he saw a giant cloud the whole village got interested that the rains came. In late September, Tigres dog, Tigre and his dad harvested the ripe plants.
